The Board’s procedural rules (35 Ill. Adm. Code 101-130) explain how to initiate and participate in Board proceedings. The Board’s administrative rules (2 Ill. Adm. Code 2175) explain how the Board is organized and how to obtain information from the Board under the Freedom of Information Act.
IPCB and IEPA Environmental Regulations - Title 35
