The Environmental Register is the monthly newsletter of the Illinois Pollution Control Board. It provides information about the Board's most recent actions, case and rulemaking filings, hearings, legislative interests, and more. Persons wishing to receive copies through the mail will be charged a yearly subscription fee of $20 to cover production and distribution costs. The Board will waive this fee for a not-for-profit organization under category 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
